Terms of Use
Please read these terms carefully before using Mashaweeri. By using the service, you agree to the conditions below.
1. Introduction
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Mashaweeri platform and related services.
By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service is intended for adult ride-hailing and delivery drivers who can enter into a legally binding agreement.
2. Nature of the service
- Mashaweeri is a digital tool for recording and managing a driver's personal financial data, including:
- Recording trips and income
- Recording expenses
- Calculating net income
- Analysing app performance within your account
- Generating personal reports
Mashaweeri does not employ you, does not guarantee income, and does not intervene in your relationship with ride-hailing apps or their customers. You are responsible for your work as an independent driver under the laws of your country and the terms of the apps you use.
3. Your responsibility for data
- You are fully responsible for:
- The accuracy of data you enter (trips, amounts, dates, expenses)
- Keeping your login credentials confidential
- Any decision you make based on reports or statistics in the platform
Accounts and reports in Mashaweeri are built on data you enter. If data is incomplete or incorrect, results and reports will reflect that — this is not a platform error.
Do not enter false, misleading data, or data belonging to another person.
4. Reports and forecasts
- Reports, indicators, and statistics shown in Mashaweeri:
- Are assistance tools for understanding and analysis only
- Are not a guarantee of current or future income
- Do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice
- May change if you change your data or settings
Do not rely on Mashaweeri as your sole source for financial or professional decisions. Refer to original data in the apps you work with.
5. Apps and trademarks
App names and logos (Uber, Bolt, Jeeny, inDrive, HungerStation, Keeta, Noon, Amazon, and others) appear in Mashaweeri only to categorise your trips. All trademarks and trade names belong to their respective owners.
Mashaweeri is not affiliated with Uber, Bolt, Jeeny, HungerStation, or any other ride-hailing or delivery company unless a relationship or partnership is officially announced. Mashaweeri does not grant you any right to use those marks outside personal categorisation within the platform.
6. Acceptable use
- You must not:
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to hack the system or access other users' data
- Send malware or misuse support forms
- Create fake accounts or impersonate others
- Manipulate requests (e.g. changing user_id) to bypass permissions
- Use the platform in a way that harms the service or other users
We reserve the right to suspend or disable accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Accounts and users
When registering, you provide accurate and up-to-date information. Your account is personal — do not share login credentials.
The default account type for drivers is "driver". Admin accounts are granted by Mashaweeri administration only.
You are responsible for all activity through your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
8. Account suspension
- Mashaweeri may — without prior obligation — disable or suspend your account if:
- You violate these Terms or the Privacy Policy
- You misuse the platform or support
- Required by law
- Necessary to protect the platform or users
When disabled, access to data may be restricted until the matter is resolved. You may contact support for enquiries.
9. Privacy
Processing of your personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy published on the platform. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Acceptance of the Privacy Policy is required to create an account through our registration process.
10. Limitation of liability
Mashaweeri is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We do not guarantee the service is error-free or uninterrupted
- We are not liable for your professional or financial decisions based on reports
- We are not liable for actual income or losses arising from external apps
Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
11. Contact and support
- For privacy enquiries or questions about how we process your data:
- Registered users can contact us via the Support section in the platform.
- Official privacy email: [To be configured — see platform settings].
We will respond to privacy requests as soon as reasonably possible, subject to our team capacity and applicable requirements.
12. Updates to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you via the platform or email and may request renewed consent.
The version number is shown at the top of this page. Continued use after an update means you have reviewed the updated version.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are subject to the laws applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, unless otherwise specified by the project's legal counsel.
Competent courts or jurisdictions shall be determined as advised by the project's legal counsel. This wording is a placeholder and must be reviewed before final adoption.
